SEEing to Lead

This is an old phrase, but still relevant every day.

How can we keep from not matching what we value with the time we spend doing it? I offer a strategy to find out what our actions say we value rather than what we say in the video.

Take the challenge by examining what you currently do and comparing it to how that shows what you value through action rather than speech. Then take the steps to align your actions and words.
